We contact buyers by call or message for local pick up when the order is ready. Please wait for our notification.

We try to send orders as quick as possible and majority of orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Choosing an epress post option while checking out will not impact the handling time at our warehouse.

Extra Mile Auto use Australia Post Eparcel unless otherwise specified. Couriers Please may be used for your shipment if we deem it more suitable. Please note that the freight companies are NOT affiliated with Brake Pads Online. With this in mind, please refrain from leaving negative or neutral feedback regarding freight issues as we have no control of these companies operational procedures. If you have any concerns with your delivery, please don't hesitate to email us through the eBay messaging system and we will contact the couriers on your behalf to resolve the issue.

Under the Australia Post Eparcel network guarantee, deliveries to major cities around Australia including Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide, Brisbane, Hobart, Perth will be completed within the next 2 to 8 business days depending on the city you reside in.

If your address falls outside the Australia Eparcel Post network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their Next Day Guarantee.

Important: Please note that once the goods are signed for; the buyer takes full responsibility for the condition of the goods. If the goods show signs of transit damage, please contact us within 24 hours of signing for the goods. Any claims made outside the 48 hours will be refused.

We only ship to the address indicated on eBay during the checkout. If we ship your item to the listed address and it returns as unclaimed in its original condition, the refund is subject to restocking fees.
